Kelly C. Garland attended Albion College, Albion, Michigan, where she majored in political science and public policy, and graduated, cum laude, in 1999. From there, Garland attended DePaul University College of Law, graduating with honors in May 2002. Garland has been licensed in Illinois since 2002.
Garland is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Chicago Council of Lawyers, Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association
Garland joined the firm in 2002 and practices exclusively in the area of family law, including child custody and visitation issues, child support, divorce, paternity, pre-divorce planning, hidden asset recovery, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and post-divorce problems, including the enforcement and/or modification of court orders. |
